Chris Ilabaca founded Movement Management and leads the agency today. The company was incorporated in October 2024 as MOVEMENT MANAGEMENT UK LTD and is built on more than a decade in athlete management, connecting elite athletes with film, TV, advertising and live event productions worldwide from its Wembley base.

Founder Chris Ilabaca has more than a decade of experience in athlete management and personally booked athletes onto productions such as Channel 4's The Gathering before the company was incorporated as Movement Management UK Ltd in October 2024.
